Did you know...
... that today is Kiss a Romantic Russian Day? One of the
great romantic novels, Doctor Zhivago by Boris Pasternaka, was published in the United States in 1958 after being smuggled out of Russia. Due to its independent-minded stance, Doctor Zhivago was refused publication in the USSR.
