Did you know...
... that today is Nixon-Kennedy Debate Day? On this day in
1960, television sets across the United States showed a split
screen with Republican presidential nominee Richard M. Nixon on one side and Democratic presidential nominee John F. Kennedy on the other during their third televised debate. They were actually thousands of miles apart and not in the same studio!
