Did you know...
... that today is the Seat Belt Law's Birthday? In 1955, the
state of Illinois enacted the first seat belt law in the United States. Trivia buffs: today 31 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands all have primary seat belt laws.
